We acquired a two bedroom bungalow unconditionally in Barnet, North London in October 2017.
We immediately drew up plans to replace the bungalow with a terrace of three, 3 bedroom houses and submitted the plans for approval.
Planning permission for the scheme was approved in March 2018 (only 11 weeks after submission of the plans).
